Support Associate, Megaphone

Panoply is looking for a Support Associate to provide best-in-class technical support to all Megaphone users. You will interface directly with the Product, Dev, Partner Management, and Business Development teams to ensure our customers are delighted by their experience working with Panoply and using the Megaphone platform. You will create accessible, informative help documentation for new and existing Megaphone products. This job is based in Washington, DC.

Megaphone provides industry-leading podcast publishing, campaign management, targeting, ad insertion and analytics features for large-scale publishers like WBUR, Gimlet, Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal.

Responsibilities

  • Create Help Documentation for new products and features
  • Primary point of contact for user queries
  • Execute on-boarding program for new customers
  • Troubleshoot RSS ingestion issues
  • Report bugs internally and submit CMS feature requests
  • Influence the future of Megaphone through daily communications with our customers and consistent collaboration with the Product team

Requirements

  • A cheerful disposition geared towards helping our partners and customers solve problems
  • The ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
  • The ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
  • Eager to learn about Panoply and all of our internal systems
  • Experience with G Suite product

  • Experience creating professional videos and graphics for help documentation
  • Genuinely loving podcasts
  • Familiarity with Github, Intercom, Looker, Jira or similar applications
